Role overview:
The small business inside sales representative is a Trusted Advisor achieving selling goal in small business departement. You will primarily sells directly to the consumer and consult them throught phone conversation, responds to customer inquiries and direct customers to website or other company resources for information to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving short and long term set targets (monthly/ quarterly) – Revenue, Margin, Units and Enterprise mix
  • Works closely with virtual team (management and support functions) to deliver right solution for Small Business customers
  • Effectively and in timely manner drives lead gen process, account plays and marketing sales/marketing ready leads
  • Reaching out to customer and responds to inquiries
  • Continuously invests into own Self-development (technical trainings, soft skills)
  • Stays informed about marketing and merchandising activities that will help to articulate market advantage to consumer customers
  • Stays informed of current industry trends and applies them to the customer’s environment to help solve specific customer needs

Qualification:

  • Excellent Dutch and English communication skills, written and spoken
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Interested in Dell's product
  • Ability to work on complex solution projects
  • Ability to share knowledge and experience in a structured way
  • Passionate for Sales & IT
