Using a wide range of modalities, we create and deliver sales-specific training courses. Defining competency needs and shaping training on everything from sales skills to job-specific tools and Dell products, we work with other functions to deliver the right learning at the right time to the right people.

As a specialized Selling Skills Training Advisor, you will deliver Dell EMC training programs to inside/field sales as well as Channel partners. You will work closely with peers on the training delivery team, instructional design team and training consultant team to learn and deliver Sales & Selling Skills training programs aligned with Dell EMC strategy

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Sales Enablement Regional Business Partners & local sales Management to deliver MERAT Sales objectives by developing specific training development plans for the Russian Sales teams.
  • Help local Sales Management with all aspects of Dell Technologies Sales University, guide them through the assessment of their teams and achievement of the necessary selling skills badges, plan for follow up and define success metrics.
  • Drive those training plans into the complete Sales Organization, working closely with the local Sales Team
  • Identify new trends in Sales Training and Enablement that will develop the DELL EMC Sales team on a Global and local basis
  • Interlock with local stakeholders to define development needs and to provide training updates.
  • Responsible for the delivery of Sales training including; new hire on-boarding, selling skills for inside and outside sales, account planning, acceleration trainings and entry level product & Solutions training
  • Conducts training, deployment and follow up of trainings programs in classroom as well as thru virtual Webinars. Provide on-going consultation on selling skills & maintain records of training to provide accurate information

Essential Requirements

  • Excellent English (written and verbal)
  • Must have real-world experience in the subject matter they are assigned to train
  • Undergraduate degree and 4-6 years relevant experience
  • Knowledge of DELL EMC Strategy & Transformation
  • Consulting Skills for the development of Training and Sales Programs including ability to design basic training modules, needs assessment/ Diagnostic skills and vendor research and evaluation skills
  • Facilitation skills.
  • Training/delivery skills & Strong interpersonal skills

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience of Direct Enterprise, Commercial and Channel Sales desirable
