Luckey, now a part of the Airbnb family, is a leading Host Management Company. Luckey offers property owners an all-inclusive service: listing of their residence, management of guest arrivals and departures, professional cleaning services, 24/7 assistance, and more.

As we continue to expand our business, the Luckey team is looking for City Managers, i.e. local entrepreneurs with whom Luckey collaborates under a B2B agreement to manage the operations for Luckey’s properties in several locations in Spain. Every City Manager will operate in one of the following locations where Luckey plans to launch and expand in 2020:

(1) Andalucia: Sevilla, Malaga, Marbella (2) Balearic Islands: Ibiza and Mallorca (3) Barcelona (4) Madrid (5) San Sebastian (6) Tenerife

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations: Taking care of all the on-site operations for the property management (cleaning and guest welcoming) and ensuring that every Luckey guest's stay goes smoothly
• HR: Recruiting, motivating and managing your on-site teams (welcomers and cleaners) using the interactive schedules and management tools that Luckey provides.
• Supervising: Ensuring the property’s maintenance and supervising the resolution of disputes, if necessary
• Purchasing: Direct supply chain management, inventory control, and price negotiation with the central support of Luckey
• Acquisition of properties: qualification of the leads provided by Luckey, customer meetings, and post-meeting follow-up; as a real growth hacker, you will ensure the development of your portfolio of properties to increase your earnings and profitability.
• Property analysis: Ability to quickly and accurately diagnose property owners' needs/expectations and assess the rental potential and compatibility of properties with Luckey’s standards.
• Onboarding of properties: preparing properties according to Luckey’s rules, collecting keys and any necessary information to ensure that property onboarding information is handed over successfully to the Luckey’s Account Manager

Requirements:

• Entrepreneurial experience with exposure both to operations and sales to grow your business; if you haven’t run your own business yet, equivalent experience in an early-stage start-up in an operations and/or sales role can suffice
• Experience in building trustful customer relationships with a customer-obsessed mindset
• Passion for building a new business from scratch and for doing that independently, though with central support to speed up growth
• Working under pressure and taking risks doesn't scare you!
• Thorough, methodical and hard-working
• You thrive in a start-up environment (you love discovering new tools and enjoy a young and dynamic work environment)
• Experience in managing a small team
• Fluent in Spanish and English required (German is nice to have for the role in Balearic Islands)
• Experience in the property sector is a strong plus
