Job Description

Boeing Global Services has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join the Digital Solutions & Analytics team in Englewood, CO.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Deploys and administers HR programs, policies, practices and processes
  • Develops integrated HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational objectives
  • Analyzes staffing and diversity strategy performance and develops corrective solutions
  • Partners with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives
  • Consults with management on staff selection
  • Leads or conducts employee investigations, tracks and monitors case activities
  • Enables a One Boeing approach across all business units, functions and locations in order to leverage our size and scale
  • Partners as a “One HR” leader ensuring consistent services are delivered across the enterprise

This position sits in Englewood, CO and offers relocation based on candidate eligibility

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 8+ years of experience working as an HR Business Partner or equivalent.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources
  • Minimum 1 year of experience have executing strategic workforce planning strategies
  • Prior experience utilizing strategic decision making to drive business results
  • Experience with Workday

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
