Business/Data Analysis

This role will support the Fed Resolution Planning program related to the Markets Front and Back office systems. Dashboards and analytics for the FMIs-Financial Markets Infrastructure cover Central Counter Parties and Depositories and are part of the overall deliverables.

As part of the Fed Resolution Planning mandates and Citi’s ex-Ante commitments towards that, Citi makes annual submissions providing key details and metrics pertaining to the FMIs (Financial Markets Utilities). In case of a markets stress scenario for any of the Citi’s Legal entities need such information. Citi management envisioned the need for a System/Portal that would encompass all this information and would provide the needed view for stakeholders in Risk, Operations, Finance, Treasury and Senior Management and satisfy submission requirements

·Interact with multiple upstream data sources & business stakeholders

·Develop data related documentation with Business Intelligence tool exposure (QlikView and QlikSense).

·Role of a Business Analyst requires data analysis, data visualization POCs and concepts, Business Analysis, Project coordination, business-writing (Reporting and updates to management)

·Work closely with domain specialists to BI reporting (QlikView and QlikSense) and possess strong analytical skills with the ability to work in a fast paced and agile development environment.

·Experience working with end users/customers, understand and develop requirements to produce Business/Functional Requirements documents.

·Ability to convert the business requirements, create mockups and Proof of concepts (POCs) to get client and stakeholders approvals prior to implementation.

·Good at working with stakeholders & peers to solicit information in a structured and focused manner.

·Engage in data automation coordination for Regulatory submission data extracts

·Coordinate with various SMEs covering data related to Clearing and Settlement, Margins, membership Exposure, Credit Exposure, and Liquidity Reserves at an aggregate level

·Provide visibility and manage the coordination of requirements vs deliverables related to UI/DB development with the deliverables perspective

·Manage data collection, approval from stakeholders on change management process, and prioritize Sprint releases in JIRA project management tool.

·Negotiate deliverables with Business and internal tech teams.

·Manage communication, updates, and required processes/procedures (PMQC, SDLC, ServiceNow, and other).

·Ensure timely and accurate communications with all team members of the FMI technology on in-flight and/ or upcoming deliverables.

·Report and communicate status/risks/etc., directly to Business owners and Stakeholders and to appropriate Project Management (JIRA Project management tool).

Qualifications:

·Bachelors of Engineering/Computer Science (Master in Business Administration is desirable)

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
