Summary

Your main role within WeWork Growth Partnerships team will be to act as a Broker Development Manager.

In this position, you are required of High-performance business development role focused on opportunity generation through partnerships with commercial real estate service firms. You should have the ability to articulate and demonstrate the business value of WeWork solutions to WeWork agent partners within assigned market/territory. The main responsibility is developing the relationship with agent partners generating leads, closing the deals by working with broker partner and sales so to meet periodic goals.

The main responsibilities within the Broker Development are as follows,

• Identify and establish a list of target agent partners in assigned market/territory
• Own, lead and develop the relationships with the agent partners
• Develop and implement strategic opportunity plans with agent partner and sales team
• Build resilient, supportive, and deep relationships throughout all levels of your agent partners’ organizations
• Develop and implement best practices to maximize pipeline creation, opportunity conversion rates, forecasting accuracy
• Manage funnel and enable WeWork team, and relay collaboration on agent partners and opportunities
• Effectively manage and guide sales team on activities and agent partner engagements
• Utilize insights to differentiate WeWork and create opportunities within agent partners
• Engage as the territory subject matter expert on Broker Development team, sharing best practice and market knowledge within the greater regional team

The Broker Development Manager must be intimately familiar with all the products WeWork offers within the territory. The Manager should have a clear understanding of the abilities and the strengths of each team to provide services scale along those lines of business.

Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in Real Estate or similar industry
• Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Essential educational or professional qualification necessary for successful job performance.
• The motivation to support and work with others
• Proactive and positive attitude with a calm and methodical approach to work
• Ability to accurately record the details of an opportunity and reporting
• Intermediate to advanced level in WeWork technology applications and ability to learn new tasks, systems and skills quickly
• A team player that interacts effectively with colleagues and partners
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision when necessary
• Proficiency in a variety of popular computer software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
