Job Description
The Customer Insight team is responsible for working with, and across all Tesla lines of business to disseminate Social Media feedback. The team supports critical efforts to strengthen our customer-centric culture to enhance and drive customer excellence through closed feedback loops. Analysts play a key role in influencing key strategic decisions across departments. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, comfortable working through ambiguity, conceptualizing and leading complex initiatives from end to end, and has an entrepreneurial spirit. In addition to working with many stakeholders and business owners, this role requires good judgment under pressure and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Analyze solar job progression to create and drive action for business owners to resolve.
- Experience working with all popular social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.).
- The ability to tell a story with research findings: Not simply cut and paste charts and graphs.
- Ability to reconcile current and ever-changing social media behavior based on business decisions with shifts in focus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deliverables and deadlines.
- Interface with key business owners to help manage their insight needs, provide innovative ideas, and implement improvements based on recommendations to improve the customer experience.
- Interpret data into non-technical language for non-insights specialists and deliver social media analytics with recommendations – answer the question “So what...?”

Job Requirements:
- Experience with Excel, PPT, SQL, CRM analytics, Tableau, etc.
- Able to aggregate, gather and manipulate data – data literacy.
- Capable of managing projects with the ability to interact with and motivate members of a cross-functional team.
- Executes reporting for leadership team and stakeholders.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sharp, analytical, technical and first-principle thinking.
- Self-motivated, critical thinker, results-oriented, quick learner, organized, sharp eye for detail and trends, as well as a multi-tasker.
- Team player with demonstrated track record of collaboration with others to solve difficult problems that help drive incremental business.
