HR Technology Business Analyst:

You’ll play a valuable role in our HR Technology team under Digital HR. We value effort, positivity, and collaboration. Roles and Responsibilities:
System Maintenance
• Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HR system upgrades or patches.
• Oversee the maintenance, auditing and validation of data within HR systems.
• Maintain HRMS tables and working with other teams as needed to ensure data integrity.
Production Support
• Oversee system questions from ServiceNow ticket queue; Work directly with employees by responding, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring inquiries are resolved in a timely manner.
• Load, manipulate, audit, and report on data and make direct updates to data by building spreadsheets and loading data; Responsible for data integrity and quality assurance of HR data.
• Work effectively with Oracle support on escalations, bug fixes, and minor system enhancements and projects.
• Troubleshoot system related issues such as access.
• Oversee system setup for new users and other system tasks.
• Perform basic configuration in Applicant Tracking System.
• Create and edit reports from multiple systems.
Projects/Process Improvement
• Participate in testing, as required, including creation of test scenarios, performing functional tests, and support of users during testing and defect resolution.
• Document and maintain user procedures, guidelines and workflows.
Training
• Assist in the training of system users and new processes/functionality as needed.
• Provide guidance, best practices, and support to global users regarding day-to-day Oracle functionality, as well as cyclical HR process, such as Performance Management, Merit Planning, etc.
Individual Development
• Maintain awareness of current trends in HR management systems; examine trends in information systems training materials and techniques.
• Through classes, reading, CBTs or other mechanisms, continuously increase both HR knowledge and HRIS application/tool knowledge; may participate in user group meetings/conferences.

Skill/Job Requirements:
• Must possess excellent communication (both verbal and written)
• Applies strong attention-to-detail
• Must be a critical thinker and fast learner
• Provides outstanding customer service internally and externally
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point and process mapping applications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent from an accredited institution or a minor in Computer Science, Technology or equivalent.
• Oracle HCM Cloud experience is preferred
