Logistics Administrator

Job Description

Position Title: Logistics Administrator
Location: Miami, FL
Reports to: Sales Operations Manager
Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Administer and record all warehouse inventory receipts, processing receipt transactions in the Newell Brands ERP (SAP)
• Transmit confirmed customer orders to Third Party Logistics provider in the Newell Brands ERP (SAP) to commence picking/packing of outbound orders
• Support coordination of outbound logistics with customer appointed freight forwarders ( schedule container drop-off , pick up)
• Close out sales orders by processing the transaction in the Newell Brands ERP System (SAP)
• Continuous collaboration with 3PL and Distribution Center management
Experience & Qualifications
• 3 years’ experience in similar position
• Working knowledge of SAP and WMS modules/ systems
• Experience in Inventory Management and Control tasks and tools preferred
• Working application of Excel for tracking and control and Word and Power Point for reporting purposes
• Bilingual - English and Spanish communications skills
• Outstanding follow up and follow through capabilities.
• Analytical, problem solving and good communication skills
• Ability to plan work on a daily basis, work independently with little supervision.
