Orchestrate the launches and push growth of pillar products using their own product, market and consumer expertise, to contribute to continued growth for the brand and the consumer relationship.
- Implement new launches and maintain growth of pillar products.
- Propose marketing mix strategies (Digital/Media/Retail/360) for new launches & pillar products.
- Execute Salon / Omni-channel specific promotions & branding to engage consumer brand experiences.
- Convey creative and impactful métier to adapt marketing communication materials (branding, point of sale, digital).
- Manage and Monitor performances of launch & animation to meet target KPIs.
- Conduct an in-depth market & consumer analysis to make recommendations to management.
- Interact efficiently with other departments (Sales, Digital, Education, SCM, RA, etc) and external agencies.
- Manage PPP budget and evaluate ROI of marketing actions.
- Ensure sales forecast accuracy, consolidating by-channel promotion plans.
- Prepare clear messages for senior management.
* Preferred work experience in FMCG industry
* Preferred digital & media campaign execution or agency handling experience.
