Associate Marketing Specialist GP

Job Description

SUMMARY

Working in a dynamic team in a fast growing organisation the Marketing Intern will be required to provide administrative support to all areas of the Marketing team: covering the Consumer, Channel, Commercial and Clinical & Education functions. In particular, this role will primary support the GP channel.

In addition to supporting the Marketing Team on a diverse range of projects the Marketing Intern will be expected to take ownership of:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administration of marketing collateral & digital assets:
  • Inventory Management – of all marketing collateral, sales support materials and Clinical event kits
  • Liaising with agencies re printing, creative etc.
  • Evaluating suppliers to ensure print costs remain competitive
  • Analysis of the effectiveness of Align materials, including ensuring all web assets are updates
• GP Marketing special project support areas:
  • Agency project management
  • Social media strategy implementation and community management support
  • Media asset creation and implementation support
  • PR strategy implementation
  • Event organisation and management
  • Stakeholder communication
  • Reporting and analysis
  • Invoice tracking and reporting to Finance team

QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate should have a University Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other related subjects and 2-3 years related work experience. Experience in the healthcare industry would be advantageous.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• The individual should possess an ability to work with multiple stakeholders, manage multiple projects and have excellent interpersonal skills
• Candidate should have strong communicative and analytical skills and a positive attitude
