You’ll focus on designing and developing enterprise grade Java/J2EE applications for our global payment's organization. In the role, you will work closely with product owners, business analyst, system analyst and architects building large scale customer facing systems that are internal / external customer facing. You will work with globally distributed Scrum teams (onshore/offshore model). Your task will be to continuously build product features aligned with our Product roadmap in an Agile/Scrum iterative product development environment. You work follows technical design document and contributes / shares knowledge with partners globally.
For such a technical role, you’ll need 3+ years of experience in Java/ J2EE Backend development with strong experience in Object Oriented Analysis and Design along with responsive UI design and ability to support integration using APIs and microservices. This role requires someone with proven experience in Java (JDK1.7, 1.8), Server side and client-side integration technologies, IDE, design pattern with thorough understanding of data structure and algorithms, XML, JSON, SOAP, REST API design, implementation and troubleshooting. You will also need to have a demonstrated capability working with Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Cloud Formation Template etc. You will have hands on experience using Agile tools such as Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Visio or Lucid Chart. You will have to be a quick learner and self-starter with good communication skills.
