What you’ll do

Our Sydney office is expanding and we are looking for an enthusiastic Office Manager to help us run a smooth office in Surry Hills. We are looking for someone who is ready to take on the exciting task of managing all logistic, office related issues as well as supporting our Marketing Manager with event management. You'll be part of our global Office Management team.

Office Management

  • Provide a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff – internal and external
  • Manage the Australia calendar
  • Manage local vendors and seek new ones when appropriate
  • Maintain file management, record keeping, office supply and equipment
  • Ensure the Sydney office is running smoothly by dealing with daily queries including but not limited to managing incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, storing contracts, ordering catering, groceries, office and IT supplies
  • Manage all aspects of the office’s space/infrastructure planning (moves, adds, and changes to workstations) and provide answers, resources, and solutions as requested
  • Assisting in developing and managing social responsibility initiatives

Events/Marketing coordination

Assisting our Marketing Manager with Adyen managed, sponsored and team events. This includes:

  • End to end event management including logistics, set up and pack down
  • Built out a support network of suppliers in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane
  • Manage event invite process including collating guest list, sending invites and managing RSVP process
  • Identify and propose events to sponsor
  • Manage the events calendar

  • Someone with a strong, outgoing and friendly personality
  • Passionate self-starter with the ability to thrive with minimal supervision. Outgoing, friendly, and fun
  • Highly motivated team player where winning is more important than ego

Your qualifications:

  • 2 + years’ experience of working in a similar role or PA, event planning
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience using Salesforce and Marketo is preferred but not required
