We are looking for a candidate who is dedicated, sharp, fast learner and committed to being a part of our growing Trust & Safety group. The perfect candidate would be internet savvy with a flair for content and process oriented. The candidate would be a team player, proactive, hard worker, able to complete tasks in a timely manner, punctual, out of the box thinker and with strong moral principles.

This position requires working on the weekends.

Responsibilities

• Review and moderate content submitted by users.
• Review and moderate content flagged by users/systems
• Identify trends of users trying to abuse our site.
• Perform quality checks on the site and its content.
• Work together with the Customer Support team and Customer Success Managers to review M.I related requests.
• Handle incoming DMCA/Copyrights requests.

Requirements

• Fluent and highly proficient in spoken and written English
• 1-2 years of experience in content moderation - advantage
• Additional language - advantage
• Fast learner and versatile individual, willing to learn
• Proactive
• Ability to work independently and with self-discipline
• Hands-on and detail-oriented
• Great communication skills
• Working on weekends.
