EMEA Technical Learning & Development Internship - Operations

The internship assignment

The EMEA Technical Learning & Development (L&D) team is seeking a passionate intern to support the Training Operations team in Amsterdam. This individual brings experience in business, organizational skills, data analysis, and project management to support the development and improvement of our EMEA-wide learning strategy. The ultimate goal of this role is to launch projects and processes that enable Technical L&D to deliver data-driven, strategic, impactful technical training across EMEA.

Our Technical L&D team serves employees across EMEA with a focus on the Service team. Through world-class technical training and skill development resources, we enable our employees to quickly and efficiently diagnose and repair complex automotive vehicle systems. We utilize a blended learning model to reach employees through multiple pathways, including self-paced online courses, instructor-led sessions, virtual training, skill-based exercises, and a localized network of coaches.

Learning goals & Tasks

· Support data analysis to match business metrics with training needs

· Improve and maintain our online documentation and info-sharing platforms on Confluence

· Support project management best practices across the team

· Create visibility on progress toward our targets and training impact

· Support the simplification of our training tracking and measurement approach

Requirements

· Understanding of basic business operations

· Organized and able to manage time effectively on multiple projects

· Process improvement experience a plus

· Proactive and a fast learner

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to collaborate with diverse teams

· Experience with data analysis

· Proficiency with Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

· Able to commute 2-4 days per month to Tilburg for collaboration
