In this role, you have the opportunity to

focus on operational efficiency within the Product team, to work on ensuring smooth functioning of our team by maintaining various knowledge management systems and by generating regular analyses and overviews to track team progress and impact.

You are responsible for

• Maintain knowledge management of product functionality and assets (e.g., requirements documentation, product development process documentation) and ensure they are in compliance with company guidelines.
• Maintain documentation of legal best practices.
• Support QA, other PMs and engineers to understand feature functionality
• Maintain training documentation for new features and functionality.
• Maintain product onboarding documentation (e.g., onboarding checklist, terminology definitions, team roles and processes).
• Create and share release notes.
• Maintain and generate product team progress and metrics.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• BA/BS in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years’ experience working in product management, product marketing, or product operations; you understand the fundamentals of delivering products that create value for users
• Experience writing technical requirements documentation.
• Experience navigating and documenting legal and compliance requirements.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and tell the user story in a compelling way
• Experience with the following: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
