Job Description

The IT Project Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new recruits. Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.
Responsibilities:

• Work with appropriate clients to identify, prioritize and coordinate migrations/on-boarding to CS platform.
• Work with appropriate stakeholders to develop project scope of work documents and project plans that include an analysis of benefit, cost, work schedule and any related risks, assumptions, actions and issues
• Assign schedules, training, demonstrations, review deliverables, and monitor project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time and within budget
• Responsible to perform Requirement Analysis of CitiScreening On-boarding and Implementation, Business Requirements and recommend options to business
• Coordinate interactions with other teams such as Global, Regional, and Local Sanctions Compliance.
• Work with Portfolio Managers to document scope of work and provide key business and technology stakeholders a walkthrough of CitiScreening end to end On-boarding Process and key success factors
• Document opportunities to integrate systems and resources to fulfil project requirements
• Ensure relationships between end-users and project team members are strong and are maintained through effective communication
• Focus on the customer and functional areas of the program and provides technology solutions, manage customer expectations

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of Technical experience either in a Development role / as a Systems Analyst/ Business Analyst/ Project Manager
• Must have experience working with MS PowerPoint and a background with Planning
• Experience in establishing Requirement Management Standard process with multiple SDLC methodologies like waterfall, agile, iterative development
• Strong understanding of change control process
• Must have experience in working on multiple concurrent projects and significant experience in working with teams across multiple groups
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative
• Strong Communication skills to manage Senior business stakeholder communication and expectation

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
