Candidate Coordination Lead - Global Recruiting Operations

The functional areas within Corporate HR include global Recruiting, Training, Talent and Development, Career Management, Diversity, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, Technology, Finance and HR Service Delivery. The global experienced Recruiting function is comprised of 700 individuals responsible for finding the best talent to fill over 75,000 positions annually for more than 45,000 hiring managers achieve their business goals. To do this, the function interacts with millions of candidates to help them navigate the process in order to find their next career opportunity. The function is embarking on an aggressive transformation strategy focused on people, process and technology over the next 12-24 months to gain efficiencies and increase productivity with an outcome of better results for the business, the function and candidates.

As part of the transformation, a Global Recruiting Infrastructure and Operations function is being built to drive consistency and deliver efficiencies through shared services, consistent metrics and technology driven solutions to improve the functions’ ability to support the hiring needs of the business. Within the Global Recruiting Infrastructure and Operations team, the local lead will have oversight for local delivery of service and for the operational initiatives relating to Recruitment Back-Office Operations support.

• Act as the key liaison between Recruiters and Recruiting Ops, across the globe to rectify problems.
• Own escalations across various functions within Recruiting OPS globally until resolution.
• Work closely and collaboratively with global counterparts to ensure consistency in process and quality of work
• Act as subject matter expert for key tools and processes including: Taleo, Manager Connection, and Applicant Reimbursements
• Identify process improvements and gaps in processes and perform root cause analysis for breaks in process.
• Maintain a working knowledge of recruiting procedures and policies, and transfer knowledge to broader team
• Participate in operational reviews to ensure appropriate controls, propose and implement solutions for continuous improvement
• Support various projects and recruiting ops-related efforts as needed
• Document and review process flows and key metrics to measure business activities and performance

• TENURE: At least 12 months in current job and process (Exceptions to have manager approval)
• PERFORMANCE: Meeting the Satisfactory performance standards as defined by the firm
• CORRECTIVE ACTION: Not within or under the prescriptive period for suspension.
• PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT PLAN: Not in any Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
• SHIFTS : Should be willing to work shifts APAC, EMEA or NAMR shifts

• G raduate degree in related field or equivalent experience
• R ecruiting support and coordination experience with demonstrated ability to execute responsibilities in a highly regulated and process-driven environment.
• Experience in an Operational background in order to understand process flows, execute and drive change where needed
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Excellent understanding of employment and global processes
• Reporting/Project Analyst skills
• Taleo Recruiting Center, HR Profile and/or PeopleSoft experience required
• Strong organizational skills/detail oriented required
• Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
