As a UX Design Lead, your main role is lead a team of UX Designers to define user-centered experiences in collaboration with stakeholders, researchers, strategists, analysts, and designers.

Some of your responsibilities:

● Oversee a team of UX Designers
● Collaborate with stakeholders, researchers, and analysts to discover user insights

● Conduct experience audits and create experience maps for websites and apps

● Produce workflows, user scenarios, and user stories

● Help prioritize features and content based on user insights

● Understand and utilize usability guidelines and design patterns

● Create wireframes and interactive prototypes

● Collaborate with UI/visual design teams to brainstorm and validate high-fidelity designs

● Participate in concept testing and usability testing

● Guide and be a resource for information architects

Qualifications

● A minimum of 8 years experience in website and application design, preferably with a focus in user experience design/strategy

● Experience leading a team of designers

● Expert knowledge in responsive web design best practices

● Familiarity with design patterns in native and web apps

● Ability to wireframe and prototype with Illustrator, Sketch, XD, Invision, Framer, and/or Axure

● Range of concepting ability, from sketching to high-fidelity prototypes

● Experience building and rapidly iterating on interactive prototypes

● Excellent organizational and presentation skills

● A desire and ability to collaborate with people who have differing skills and perspectives

● Ability to identify and suspend bias in place of user insight and business objectives
