Job Description

As the LATAM HRSD Solutions Associate, you will provide operational support for the day-to-day activities associated with this program including:

  • General Support – Provide guidance to managers and employees on general HR queries and transactions via ASK HR with root cause and resolution. Follow standard procedures in day to day operations and look for ways of improving daily activities, contributing to goals and objectives and adherence to schedules and timelines.
  • HR Service Delivery - Have a solid understanding of the HR operational processes and manage transactions and corrections with those teams directly. Transactions may include mass hierarchy and manager changes, job code changes, cost center changes, work location changes, terminations requests, etc.
  • Core Projects – Work on core projects and support key HRSD initiatives.
  • Product Transition - Responsible for the migration of products or services including implementation and ongoing updating of processes .The role includes requirements gathering, understanding customer needs and working with the Delivery / Analytics team to transition the product / process effectively.
  • Employee Data Management : ensuring employee data management changes are properly captured, recorder and corrected on different HR systems by performing health checks as required.

Specific skills and experience required:

· Degree in Business, Human Resources Management or equivalent Human Resources experience preferred.

  • Fluency (written and oral) in English required. Other languages, particularly Portuguese, would be an asset.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple demands and shifting priorities.
  • Client-service focused team player who operates with a sense of urgency and professionalism. Knows when to escalate matters for appropriate resolution.
  • Proficient in MS Office particularly with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR systems preferred (i.e. PeopleSoft, Manager Connection, ASK HR, etc.).
