    Come join Intuit Finance team as a Finance Leader in the Technology Ecosystem Finance team. Tech ecosystem finance team supports the Intuit CTO manage the technology ecosystem of over 5,000 engineers, IT and security professionals, and data scientists. We are looking for creative problem solvers with a passion for innovation to join our team and revolutionize the way the world does business.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead forecasting, resource planning, financial reporting and management for the overall technology ecosystem;
    • Spearhead regular evaluation and review of our technology investments on behalf of the CTO;
    • Help the CTO and her staff drive change across the tech ecosystem, to drive greater transparency, discipline, and data-driven mindset throughout the organization;
    • Be the finance partner and voice of finance to key technology leaders including our Chief Information Security Officer and SVP & Chief Architect. Lead all financial planning & management activities for these groups;
    • Help guide the client teams’ operating mechanisms and execute against their priorities, proactively influencing the thinking of leaders;
    • Translate complex and ambiguous business problems (e.g. strategic analysis, M&A, new business initiatives) to simple analytical frameworks using advanced financial methodologies and leveraging strong presentation/communication skills;
    • Design and help lead strategic initiatives & business cases for reviews with CTO and Sr. Management. These projects will often cross multiple business units and groups.

    Qualifications

    • 8+ years experience in a strategic & financial capacity; Top 30 MBA is a plus; Engineering degree a plus; or equivalent experience
    • Proven ability to build strong relationships of trust & influence;
    • Strong modeling & analytics, demonstrated business acumen, and great problem solving skills;
    • Ability to present complex financial analyses clearly and concisely;
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with ability to create and deliver effective presentations to all levels;
    • Proven track record of self-motivation, proactivity, creative & independent thinking, and as well as a pragmatic drive for result.
