Role Title: Recruiting Specialist This role will primarily support the recruitment sourcing team in developing and executing overall sourcing strategies to meet business hiring requirements. The main objective will be to deliver an exceptional recruitment service resulting in reduced costs, better channel management, an enhanced applicant experience and efficiencies in process. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Screening

Conduct the initial phases of recruitment process

  • Upload candidate profiles in Taleo and disposition candidates in a timely manner, during the initial screening process
  • Send email correspondence through Taleo, as applicable
  • Ensure "keep warm" efforts are completed for all scheduled candidates.
  • Participate and deliver on specific recruitment projects and assignments
  • Provide additional support to sourcing coordinators during peak periods
  • Maintain a working knowledge of recruiting procedures and policies

Sourcing

  • Attract, source and recruit the best talent, both internally and externally
  • Take part in designing and implementing sourcing strategies
  • Handle vendor management and cost allocation
  • Maintain a database of applicants and efficiently track the progress of each candidate endorsed.
  • Gather and input leads in a database and monitor leads distributed to phone screeners
  • Create and analyze reports to monitor hit rates of different sourcing initiatives
  • Drive the design, development and delivery of effective strategic sourcing plans with recruitment operations, external and internal client stakeholders, while keeping in line with the firm’s branding policy

Candidate Relations

Serve as a liaison between the candidate and hiring step POC to ensure proper coordination throughout the recruitment process
  • Applicant Engagement/ General Reception:
  • Welcome candidates by greeting them with warmth as they enter the hub and assist in the candidate registration process
  • Update candidate on steps of the hiring process
  • Assist candidates with application related queries or route as necessary
  • Assist candidates if there are questions not related to the recruitment process (cafeteria, direction, etc.)
  • Display courtesy through professional candidate service
  • Answer phone calls or route as necessary
  • Assist employees with HR related queries and route accordingly as needed
  • Coordinate with Onboarding Team for new hires to submit requirements
  • Queue Management:
  • Utilize appropriate tools to line-up candidates for each hiring process step
  • Coordinate with Recruitment Operations on pending candidate interviews
  • Technical & Reporting Management:
  • Assist candidates in creating profiles in Jobconnect
  • Assist candidates regarding their SSO log in by calling AccessHR
  • Send reports, as needed
  • Assist employees with Referral Connect
  • Risk & Control:
  • Ensure maintenance and secure items in the compactor
  • Floor walk at the hub to ensure there are no audit findings
  • Observe protocols in handling company, candidate and employee information

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree, any field, required
  • Experience in managing end to end recruitment process of staff and management roles, an advantage
  • Experience in similar fast paced multinational industries, an advantage
  • Ability to visualize and plan objectives and goals strategically
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple requirements, projects and priorities
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Ability to build relationships with leaders at all levels of the organization, as well as with external candidates
  • Ability to tap various sourcing channels
  • Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
