Job Description

• Responsible for category/ KCP POSM project from planning, budget management, design consultation, working with MF team/ agency team/ field operation team for delivery and project summary
  完成部分品牌/大窗口项目店内陈列道具项目的总体运营,工作包含前期计划,与品牌进行设计改良,以及道具生产运输安装的把控,乃至项目总结。
• Lead POSM Menu design/ development and setup the training system
  带领宝洁POSM Menu项目,以及建立相应的知识培训体系
• Responsible for in-store logistic system design/ develop and operation
  带领团队负责宝洁线下物资物流系统(仓储,运输,流程,IT系统)的设计,建立以及持续的运作,改良
• COE for in-store POSM/ T&W/ Agency management process, leading procurement process and internal control process
  负责团队内部流程以及内控
  

• Bachelor Degree, related experienced candidates are extended to College Degree
  本科学历,有相关从业者可酌情放宽
• Honesty and integrity, personal Leadership, problem solving, team work, passion to win and creative
  诚实正直,有个人领导能力,解决问题 ,团队合作 ,积极求胜,以及创新
• Prefer customer service and selling experience, especially in FMCG
  有客户服务或品牌经验(尤其是快消行业)者,物流或系统开发经验优先考虑
• Basic Office Skill

• Basic English communication skill, including listening, speaking, reading and writing
