The Risk Quantitative Development (RQD) Model Implementation team helps modelers implement their models into production. Our activities includes Model Implementation, administering, managing monitoring and maintaining the Models in production environment, building robust and scalable technical solutions and frameworks for new model development, managing and supporting the model development platform and the multiple products and software used by the Modelers.

Responsibilities:

• The candidate must exhibit a good understanding of model implementation, data structures, data manipulation, distributed processing, application development, and automation.
• The candidate must have a good understanding of consumer financial products, data systems and data environments, and processes that are necessary for the implementation of Risk and Finance models.
• Coordinate with various teams on production support tickers, analysis root cause and assist in efficient resolution of production processes
• Candidate should have knowledge on Graph concepts and solutions and will be managing and administering the Graph Database Product.
• Candidate will be responsible to supporting the day to day operations for the model development platform.
• Candidate should have good knowledge on python/shell scripting and would be responsible to automate the repetitive tasks and processes.

Qualifications:

• Degree in computer science or a numerate subject (e.g. engineering, sciences, or mathematics) or Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience, or Master’s degree with 4 years of experience
• Development and implementation experience of applications for 4-6 years.
• 2 to 4 years’ experience designing and developing in Python.
• 1 to 2 years’ experience working and administering Graph Databases. Experience on Tiger Graph is an added advantage.
• Should have good experience on Graph Query Languages and Graph traversal algorithms.
• Should have good understanding on Graph Database security, high availability and durability.
• 2 to 4 years’ experience designing and developing in Python.
• 2 to 4 years’ experience in Hadoop Platform (Hive, HDFS and Spark).
• 3 to 5 years’ experience with Unix shell scripting
• 3 to 5 years’ experience with SQL
• 1 to 2 years’ experience with Spark Software
• Knowledge of Java and Scala
• Knowledge on Spark Graphx is an added advantage.
