Are you looking to take your career to the next level?

We are looking for a PEGA Engineer & IT Operations Manager to join our IT hub in Warsaw, Poland. Within this position, you will be for PEGA Master Data platform architecture, ongoing support and optimization. You will also work as an Operational Manager across several PEGA based solutions ensuring end user requests fulfilled, perform root cause analysis, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Within this role you will;

  • Have end to end responsibility of the PEGA platform design, architecture, implementation and administering environments for the Master Data organization
  • Operationally manage the maintenance and continuous improvement of to ensure the best output for and users this will include; the testing and document of Business continuity and disaster recovery (BC/DR) procedures on a regular basis and the implementation and administration of global monitoring and notification systems
  • Work on highly visible projects adding new technology, automation, and bring an innovative outlook to add new emerging technology and build tools to that improve resilience of platform (including Azure SQL/JVM & PEGA)
  • Work functionally across the business with other members of the system operations teams to identify and resolve issues in large projects and across train the team on project assigned

Qualifications

Apply if you have;

  • At least a Bachelors Degree at a minimum, ideally within the Information Technology space
  • Previous experience working with PEGA (Version 8.1 and above) & PowerShell Scripting/Automation Administration
  • Working knowledge of and exposure to other databases within the market, such as; SQL or Microsoft Azure
  • Certification in ITIL (highly desirable)
  • Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written), able to communicate effectively in English to convey complex technical information to regional/globally partners
