As a member of the R4R (Recruiting for Recruiting) team, you are brand ambassador of Facebook working to hire the most talented recruiters and sourcers into the organization. We’re seeking a dynamic Recruiter who brings a balance of creativity, focus and determination to our team. We’re passionate about delivering a candidate experience that lends genuine insight into our culture and what it’s really like to work here. You will need to build dynamic relationships with candidates, peers, hiring managers, and HR business partners. We work consultatively with our hiring managers to partner and develop strategies to find candidates for our recruiting organization. You’ll need to thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment and have solid knowledge of Talent Acquisition. You have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate and client engagement, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate push back when necessary. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and execute customized candidate recruiting strategies to attract top talent to Facebook running both full cycle searches and sourcing supported searches
- Partnering closely with sourcers, coordinators, and hiring managers to achieve the best results possible and ensure alignment on deliverables
- Find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques
- Regularly manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
- Manage hiring manager partnerships by communicating clearly and often to provide status updates, manage expectations, and solve roadblocks as they arise
- Manage the offer process with candidates resulting in successful offer accepts as often as possible
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships across management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and Diversity teams)
- Collaborate with others on the recruiting team on initiatives and/or hiring needs that may spike in other areas
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Experience in negotiating and closing complex offers
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience independently partnering with leadership on hiring initiatives
- Experience influencing and driving toward results in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness across all stages of the hiring cycle
- Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring
- Experience working effectively in a highly team-based environment
- Experience being detail-oriented, and have strong organizational skills
