Production Manager

Job Description

Boeing Intelligence & Analytics is looking for a Production Manager for a prime program centered on RF collection capabilities in support of a US Intelligence Community customer.

This role will be based in Annapolis Junction, MD and requires a TS/SCI clearance with active polygraph.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee, plan and direct the fabrication and assembly of electronic components such as printed wire boards, electronic chassis, and antennas.
• Translate customer requirements into production activities
• Allocate and price resources that support production activities
• Develop and deliver customer project pricing
• Develop production schedule, cost, and performance metrics
• Manage resources and production activities
• Respond to quick reaction capabilities for production activities

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of production/program management experience on programs of similar size and scope with a Technical or Business BS degree from an accredited college or university OR 14 years of hands-on experience without a BS.
