CCB Compliance mitigates the risk of failing to comply with laws, rules, regulations or codes of conduct and standards of self-regulatory organizations by using the CCOR Management Framework. This framework helps us identify, measure, monitor and manage Compliance risks within the Consumer space. As part of the Cross Business Support team, CCB Tech Compliance is iteratively delivering a Technology Compliance program that insures we “express our policy in code” in ways that meet all legal and regulatory requirements. The program is looking to deliver new functionality next year. This role will support other team members in their areas of ownership and will ultimately own one of the products within our program.

Position Description / Responsibilities:

The person will engage with key aspects of Technology Compliance, primarily in the Measure, Monitor and Report tabs of the CCOR Framework. This person may attend various forums and join information sharing discussions to gather inputs for key components of the Technology Compliance function.

  • Work with LOB Compliance stakeholders to deliver and enhance information to drive engagement in the Tech Change Management cycle.
  • Support Program management, reporting and communication for relevant products within the Technology Compliance Program
  • Engage with Technology and LOB Compliance teams to understand activities, opportunities to partner and identify potential risks around Change Management
  • Support the strategic risk assessment of compliance risks for Technology
  • Work across all sub-LOBs to build and maintain key relationships across Compliance and Technology, promoting a culture of engagement and connectivity to deliver compliant products at speed
  • 2-3 years of experience in risk, Compliance, control or audit roles, preferably related to technology within the financial services industry
  • Broad knowledge of existing and emerging technologies within the Financial Services industry
  • Past experience building and maintaining relationships across departments and functions, and establishing a culture of engagement
  • Proven ability to build rapport, garner respect and appropriately exercise authority in a collaborative cross-cultural environment
  • Proven ability to influence change
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Very proficient in Microsoft office suite: Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
  • Tableau experience a plus

Qualifications Work Experience / Knowledge :
  • Bachelor degree and/or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager certification (or willingness to pursue)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • FORCE/CORE experience a plus with an understanding of Risk and controls
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Experience using the MS Suite of products
  • Tableau user a plus
  • Attention to detail required
