As part of the Field Leadership Recruiting Team, you will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting and sourcing top talent for the organization. Our leadership recruiters are experts in sourcing the most qualified candidates, pipelining talent for the future, and having market intelligence to stay on top of changing business trends. You should be also comfortable with numbers and gaining knowledge from analytics to make our hiring process more efficient. Our team is passionate about building lasting relationships with our candidates, hiring managers, and creating the best candidate experience in the industry.

Description

You will source and recruit leadership roles within the field organization throughout multiple geographic areas. You are responsible for full lifecycle recruiting - from sourcing to the offer process. We leverage the talents of the entire staffing team to create and deliver against metrics to achieve the "best in class" talent acquisition experience.

  • Build strong relationships with the various clients to ensure the ability to influence, guide and drive the recruiting process
  • Facilitate partnership strategy meetings and identify and build the appropriate sourcing strategies
  • Develop candidate slates to present to hiring managers
  • Ensure candidates have a best in class experience
  • Build and maintain relationships with all candidates for future openings
  • Work as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers and human resources staff
  • Perform to established metrics used to measure customer satisfaction
  • Develop materials for talent leadership review and be a key partner in leadership review meetings
  • Collaborate with business partners to build capability within the field organization
  • Effective communicator who can present top talent to hiring managers

Qualifications

· 2+ years of recruiting experience in corporate or agency environment

· Strong consultative skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment

· Demonstrated personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and attention to detail
