ADP RPO is hiring a highly skilled Technology Recruiter who will support Risk and Quantitative Analytics for Bank of America. This is a fast-paced and quite varied role so a detailed understanding of the Tech Recruiting space is beneficial. ADP RPO is a premier recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) provider. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • This position is responsible for primarily sourcing and identifying passive Technology candidates for key openings in support of our clients.
  • Ability to effectively organize and pipeline talent specific to the Risk and Quantitative Analytics space and to provide market research to the business on your findings.
  • Build partnerships with Recruiters to support them throughout the recruiting process including intake calls, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, scheduling interviews, preparing a slate, etc.
  • Creatively manage sourcing campaigns focused on diversity recruiting of passive candidates to present to the business. Understand the Bank's location strategy and to support that through sourcing.
  • Support recruiters in managing conference candidate databases to screen candidates and schedule them to interview.
  • Must be extremely organized in managing and supporting multiple books of high volume business within the Risk space with the ability and flexibility to source and recruit a variety of skillsets.
  • Post positions to university sites and work to network with local groups, organizations and communities to gauge interest and raise awareness of the business needs.
  • Develop and consult with internal and external clients on recruitment strategies and techniques.
  • Direct exposure to senior stakeholders within Bank of America's technology division and TA teams.
  • Interacting and communicating at all levels within the organization
  • Complete sourcing recruitment engagements within service level agreements (timeliness)
  • Develop, communicate and execute recruiting plans and sourcing strategies for hard to fill positions.
  • Research, identify, and recruit candidates through the use of innovative search methods that include cold-calling, networking, deep internet sourcing and mining.
  • Apply the creative use of social, professional, and internet networking sites to identify and source candidates (i.e. LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, eFinancial Careers, Workday, Handshake, etc.).
  • Build networks to source qualified passive candidates by using business acumen to support, consult and present (sell) candidate slate in alignment to our client's needs.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of client's business and positions and effectively research to gain an intimate knowledge of functional markets.
  • Develop and consult with both internal and external clients on advanced recruitment strategies and techniques is critical for success in this role.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1.5 years (+) experience in either working within either a corporate, RPO or agency recruitment environment, with a focus on Technology recruitment.
  • 1 years (+) experience recruiting for the Technology space within Financial Services sector is preferred.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
  • Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR) preferred
  • Strong background utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and creating projects (talent pools).
  • Must be able to demonstrate successful and creative use of social, professional, and internet networking sites to identify and source candidates.
  • Effective Internet skills to include Boolean search expertise, AIRs search techniques, and creative/innovative researching knowledge.
  • Effective PC/Microsoft Office skills -- technically savvy.
  • Previous use and knowledge of ATS systems (iCIMS) and other recruiting tools.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Strong commitment to client/candidate service (e.g.. responsive to emails, phone calls, proactive in providing feedback and maintaining communications with candidates and client).
  • High degree of flexibility, self-motivation and drive.
  • Ability to work in a highly functioning team environment.
