What You Will Do

As an ODL Project Coordinator with Ascension, you will support the Talent Management Practice Area within the Organizational Development & Learning COE. This role is responsible for the coordination and planning of project resources, data, funds, activities, staff and scheduled to assure the efficient, effective and timely completion of Talent Management projects in support of key program areas.

Responsibilities:

• Develops time lines, coordinates resources, and monitors and summarizes the progress of projects.
• Assists in the development and implementation of communication and/or project plans.
• Prepares project statuses and reports for leadership.
• Supports delivery of project results within constraints of budget and resources.
• Serves as liaison with other markets and broader human resource functions.
• Researches information needed for effective project management as directed by the project sponsor and/or initiates activities independently related to the overall goal or deliverable.
• Provides support for the development and preservation of project plans, presentations, and all related materials.

What You Will Need

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Work Experience:

• Healthcare experience is preferred.
• Eight years of experience as a project coordinator/manager required including three years of progressively responsible experience in areas of statistical analysis, research, contract management, business management, or related field strongly preferred.
• Project management experience is strongly preferred.
