DescriptionJob Description
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedules service calls, preventative maintenance, and installations while prioritizing the workload.
- Achieves and maintains a positive rapport with customers in order to update them of their critical job status within specific time frames.
- Orders parts and expedites work orders for Field Service Engineers.
- Identify opportunities for combining open work orders to maximize efficiency of field service engineers based on specific criteria.
- Investigates orders processed incorrectly and determines root cause, corrective action, and preventive action and identifies any missing steps in existing or non-existing standard work
- Investigates any delays that impact response time and identifies any missing steps in existing or non-existing work instructions
- Processes all Purchase Orders related to service contracts and billable services.
- Places outbound follow-up calls to customer who have been quoted for billable PMs.
Job Requirements QualificationsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education or Experience:
- High school degree (or equivalent experience) with 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a fast-paced Customer Service, Service Coordinator or Order Management role.
Knowledge and skills:
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast paced, ever changing team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communications.
- Friendly and professional attitude to develop a bond with callers over the phone.
- Strong work ethic with ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail while multi-tasking to achieve quality on-time completions of tasks.
- Must possess strong problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills and able to function under pressure.
- MS Excel and MS Word experience is preferred, but not required.
