Role Overview

Working in Dell’s UK Mid Market Business is a very exciting opportunity. The successful candidate will be part of a business that has ambitious growth plans based on a solid business trajectory. Our mission is to optimize the direct portion of the UK business while heavily contributing to Dell’s overall UK and EMEA business. We wish to further increase our market share in the UK market place and be the best of breed in EMEA/worldwide. This will be achieved by optimizing and adapting our current go-to-market strategy and sales execution.

Responsibilities:

The main functions of this critical role are to lead, manage and measure a team (8-12) of internal Account Managers supporting the UK market to achieve their Revenue, Enterprise and Margin targets while delivering a positive customer experience. Encourage good working practices to deliver a supportive and motivational working environment is important while there will be responsibilities for planning, executing and implementing business plans and strategies to deliver the required targets.

Essential Requirements

• Previous sales leadership experience required
• Ability to demonstrate agility and data based decision making.
• Strong business acumen, Proven track record of sales excellence
• Capable of building and developing high performance teams
