Role Profile:

We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Support at Analyst / Associate level to join our Asset Management Business covering Korean Market, to be based in Hong Kong.

Major responsibilities include:

• Supporting sales activities and engaging in identifying new business opportunities
• Servicing existing accounts and relationships
• Assist in global and regional projects such as AML/KYC, FATCA, Vendor Management and etc
• Liaise with and coordination of various local business projects
• Preparing and updating marketing and sales materials for client meetings and pitches
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks as directed by CAs/Head of Korea
• Handling a variety of verbal and written correspondence received from clients and our sales team
  

• Degree in law, accounting or finance related subject, preferably with institutional or wholesales sales support background
• Professional qualification in related field is an advantage
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in middle office, risk, compliance, legal or other related field
• Work experience in asset management industry is an advantage
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Good English writing skills
• Strong PC computer skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, internet etc.)
• Good interpersonal skills and willing to work in a team
• Knowledge of investment products and investment industry market practices
• Excellent communications in both English and Korean
