In this role you havr the opportunity to

Be the ambassador of Philips HealthTech ensuring that all customers are satisfied while meeting or exceeding our business targets.

You are responsible for

• Performing standard HR Master Data changes in line with compliance, data privacy and service levels requirements
• Processing changes in employee status, cost center changes, pay, etc.
• Approving, rejecting, re-submitting or escalating transactions based on policies and guidelines.
• Performing regular checks on changes in systems; monitor and identify points of departure and execute necessary corrections.
• Participating in LEAN process improvement activities.
• Supporting delivery of reports within scope.
• Creating new policies and keeping policies up-to-date

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Bachelors Degree
• Min. 5 years relevant experience
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Advanced level of Excel skills is a must
• Payroll & budgeting experience is a plus
• Knowledge of HR systems
• Proven experience in project management
• Ability to work with different teams, stakeholders
• Multinational company experience
