Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst to support our 777/777-9 LSCC team in Everett, Washington.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
  • Conducting research and analyzing data from multiple sources.
  • Data gathering and analyses for leadership review and tracking performance to plan.
  • Researching and evaluating strategic organizational issues and identifies options
  • Developing and maintaining the project schedule and budget. Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and Communicates status to all project participants
  • Leading others and assisting in leading all phases of assigned cross-organizational projects demonstrating proficiency in project management.
  • Ensuring project team members are executing the identified and assigned tasks while providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan.
  • Facilitating key business meetings by influencing discussion, taking and driving action, clarifying decisions and plans to follow up
  • Developing, coordinating and assessing architecture of meeting cadence, content and leadership briefings
  • This role may also include: providing strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.; planning and coordinating organizational facility requirements.

This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

  • Experience using data analytics tools (i.e. Tableau).
  • Experience developing and preparing reports, and maintaining data
  • This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Typical Education and Experience:

Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • 1+ year of experience conducting data analysis
  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers,. and business partners
