We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Associate to be responsible for the day-to-day reporting and tracking of inventory transactions and manufacturing through a supply chain that includes multiple fulfillment centers, 3PL warehouses, and vendors. This role will focus on the cross-functional processes that pertain to inventory accuracy. You will work closely with our 3PL warehouses, internal fulfillment centers, and accounting team. This role will report to the Supply Chain Manager.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and maintain the various workbooks for purchase orders, order tracking, and order reconciliation
- Identify discrepancies and variances, and either resolve them or provide support
- Track inventory usage during manufacturing at the various 3PL sites on a daily basis
- Perform shrinkage analysis at the various 3PL and fulfillment sites
- Perform defective claims analysis each month
- Help develop better reporting for month-end inventory balances, and all inventory transactions
- Support month-end inventory accounting analysis
- Work with finance and accounting teams to ensure inventory accounting is accurate
- Track and perform analysis related to product quality
- Help Supply Chain Manager as needed with vendor management
What we’re looking for:
- Passion for Curology and what we do!
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience in inventory control, inventory management, purchasing, or order management
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills
- Extremely detail-oriented and process-driven
- Proficiency with WMS or ERP a big plus
- Experience with an e-commerce or digital subscription company a plus
- Experience working with a 3PL company a plus
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize and reprioritize
- Strong sense of ownership and willingness to work side by side with the team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you will communicate and collaborate with internal and external partners
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Comfort with and experience in constantly changing, fast paced environments
