About the Role

We work on a variety of projects, products and services to create and maintain an excellent assessment and content experience for our learners. This role plays a key part in the delivery of all related assessment aspects for a selection of vocational qualifications, assessments and services, and is accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of assessment content and outcomes in their assigned area. This role requires the postholder to be able to deliver key assessment tasks, in a high pressured and regulated environment on time and accurately.

Customer Service

  • Will “Think customers first” to ensure a great customer experience
  • Ensure accurate and timely responses to customer queries
  • Use customer relationship management tools to identify opportunities to support customers further and improve the customer experience

Data Management

  • Analyse assessment performance data with a view to making improvements and defending decisions in relation to pass marks or the setting of grade boundaries.
  • Implement and monitor Risk-ratings for BTEC QA

Quality Management

  • Will be able to follow tight timelines with accuracy and escalate issues if they occur
  • Responsible for accurate Content and Assessment management for their allocated assessments
  • Responding to key external or internal requirements, and with continued improvement and simplification in mind.

Relationship Management

  • Will build and maintain successful relationships with all our external and internal partners
  • Managing performance of contractors
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure accurate content production and timely assessment results
  • Equip stakeholders with necessary content production tools, information and resources, to ensure agreed outcomes and deadlines are achieved whilst maintaining quality

Salary for the role is £27,500 - £32,000 depending on experience.
