The role
The Tesla Energy team is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to lead and manage the EMEA Sales Operations team in Amsterdam. Besides a rock-solid work ethic and a strong team oriented personality, the right person will be a scrappy entrepreneur who will assist the team to build on the existing foundations of the Sales Operations efforts which has both a local and global focus. They will furthermore display creativity, passion, and a desire to break new ground in a constantly shifting
technology and market landscape.
Vision for the team:
Sales Operations should be a group of motivated individuals whose primary purpose and motivation is to ensure that all aspects of the business are supported to ensure the team can do their job at the best of their ability. There is no task too big or small for the Sales Operations team to take on to ensure we are successfully closing and delivering deals, contracts, and orders. The Sales Operations team will support the entire B2B business (residential and industrial) for the Energy group in EMEA through order operations, logistics, contracting and financial tasks.

A leader of the Sales Operations organization is expected to motivate and lead a team of individuals who are self-motivated, structured, reliable, and are able to easily prioritize escalations through management. In addition, the leader is expected to drive the development of internal systems and processes to improve the efficiency of each team member. The first answer should never be no but always strive to go above and beyond to achieve excellence.
Responsibilities :
· Be the primary point of contact to all relevant cross-functional stakeholders regarding all aspects of EMEA Sales Operations
· Together with the Global Business Operations team identify, develop, implement and manage initiatives/projects that enable the continuous rapid growth of the business unit
· Embody the spirit of cross functional collaboration across the company = breaking down silos
· Proactively identify opportunities for improvement across Sales Operations, developing tools that allow for visibility into process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
· Facilitate an organization of continuous process improvement and slay process inefficiencies wherever they may hide
· Full visibility to management on achieved and late daily tasks as well as risks to the business
· Overview of productivity and required resources
· Onboard new staff members and ensure that everyone on the team is able to support all functions and all markets at any time
Required Qualifications:
· BA/BS from a top-tier university
· 4-5 years relevant work experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong team-player
· Proven record of prioritizing effectively and handle shifting priorities
· Ability to manage a business across multiple systems and platforms
· Experience in global logistics
· Fluent in English, a second European language is preferred
