Job Description
Shopify has redefined commerce, raising the standard for how businesses of all sizes sell and deliver their products online and off. With over 1 million merchants in more than 175 different countries, powered by the most innovative platform on the market, we continue to grow rapidly while constantly looking for new ways to impact and disrupt markets. We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager for our Shipping product line to join the team that is building Shopify's aggressive global shipping strategy & fulfillment platform. You are data driven, passionate about marketing great products, can break down the market opportunities to drive segment-based growth and execute a global vision for growth and can help strategically position new and existing products. You’ll need to have a growth mindset, deep empathy for merchants and customers, and be excited to roll up your sleeves and dig for the solution to a complex problem. Our goal is to help merchants offer the best shipping and delivery experience to their customers at all points of the shopping journey, from how the delivery promise is calculated and shown on the storefront, or where orders are routed from, to how the products are picked/packed and shipped, to the best tracking and returns experience. Moving physical goods from one place to another is a complex business and changing fast. Buyers increasingly demand a clear, competitive delivery promise, as a prerequisite to buying online. With your help, our merchants will be able to sell more, ship more efficiently, and deliver their goods faster than ever, extending what has already been built and helping transform shipping at Shopify. The opportunity to unlock commerce for people all over the world is in our hands. We have a huge playground to work with, and we’ve already proven that we can move faster than anyone else. We’re only part of the way there and, to continue building the future of commerce, we need your help.
