Yelp’s Client Partner team works with established and growing local business to provide industry leading digital advertising solutions. Yelp has become an essential part in client’s local advertising mix and Local Client Partners are the foremost experts on optimizing campaigns for local businesses.
The Local Client Partner works with local clients selling Yelp's core advertising products. You will develop an understanding of your client's needs, educate them on Yelp's platform and develop Yelp Ad campaigns that will help them better connect with their customers and drive in-store sales. This role is key to Yelp’s success and offers significant career growth opportunities within Yelp’s Client Partner team.

Where You Come In:

• You are responsible for managing and supporting a pipeline of current Yelp advertising clients with your main objective to be increasing overall spend through recommending higher ad budgets and additional profile features.
• You will own and manage a pipeline of current Yelp advertising clients providing world class support with the goal of increasing overall spend though a higher ad budget and additional profile features.
• You will build relationships with local business owners and managers in order to identify and capitalize on all aspects of client's marketing spend and business goals/needs
• You will become an expert in Yelp’s advertising solutions, ask probing questions and overcoming customer objections will be critical to your success
• You will achieve and consistently exceeded monthly sales goals- strong work ethic and tenacity are key!
• You will be a key figure in gathering client feedback and being the bridge between clients and Yelp's Product and Marketing teams

What it Takes to Succeed:

• You have 1+ years of Sales or Post Sale Experience with monthly or quarterly goals
• You excel with your communication skills including strong verbal, written and listening abilities
• You have the ability to analyze metrics and develop a strategic game plan based on your clients needs and performance
• You have an understanding of performance based digital advertising products (CPC auction preferred)
• You are fearless, relentless and have an underdog mentality with an unwillingness to settle for anything less than your best!
