Job Description

KPMG is currently seeking a part-time Executive Assistant, Audit to join our organization. Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to practice leadership including senior managers and partners
  • Manage calendars and meeting scheduling, arrange conference calls, make travel arrangements, process time sheets, expense reports and bankcard reconciliations for management
  • Compose correspondence, edit and prepare documents, invoices, meeting minutes, and professionally handle confidential information
  • Provide assistance with research, market support and special projects
  • Work in a team environment with other administrative support team members, including providing backup, as needed
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of three years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment
  • High School diploma or equivalent; completed coursework from an accredited college/university is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work overtime, as needed
