Facebook is looking for a Partner Solutions Manager within the larger Global Marketing Solutions (GMS) Partnerships Organization. The Partner Solutions team activates portfolio of solutions and services offered by Partners, to Facebook Sales/Agency teams & to Advertisers.
The role requires working in close collaboration with the Facebook APAC GBG Scaled sales team(s) to drive success for our advertisers, marketers and agencies. The role also requires a deep understanding of the holistic capabilities of our partners and then using scaled plus programmatic approaches internally, evangelising those capabilities as solutions. The Partner Solutions team exists to provide deep value consultation - scale partner adoption - capability evangelization - identification of future trends that could be fulfilled by the partner ecosystem. The team leverages the capabilities of technology partners, to accelerate Facebook's sales efforts, across the region or market, in this case - working closely with our APAC GBG Scaled team.
The Partner Solutions team has a “Solutions Centric” approach in solving for the challenges &/or opportunities that are prevalent in respective markets &/or across the region. A PSM will uncover underserved or unmet needs of advertisers/customers/clients and agencies - prioritize them and then programmatically scale the solutions, using the partner ecosystem. The successful candidate will provide deep partner product/platform capability insight and ongoing consultative support to Facebook’s sales team(s), their clients and agencies. The successful candidate will foster relationships with our Facebook Marketing Partners, the Partner Management team and Other cross functional teams to drive end client success through the resources made available within the GMS- Partnerships ecosystem. Partner Solutions Managers work closely with the Global Partner Manager team fostering relationships with the most strategic partners to develop products and services related to marketing on Facebook, among other initiatives and also in aiding the growth & development of such partners.
You should be a creative and strategic thinker with a hunger for challenge and opportunity - A rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment that requires you to multitask programmatically. You should be adept in driving lighthouse projects and quickly replicating successes across markets. This role is a full time position that covers APAC region and the role will be based out of our beautiful Singapore office at MarinaOne. The position reports to the Regional Head of Partner Solutions for Asia Pacific. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide deep & strategic consultative services to Facebook Sales and Agency teams, around the capabilities of partners and the impact that the solutions from the recommended partners, can drive in the form of incremental revenue and/or product adoption
  • Drive product and partner adoption and provide ongoing education about new and existing Facebook marketing partner products, focusing on those that leverage APIs and other advanced technology
  • Scale best practices - solutions - learnings from lighthouse projects/programs, across other markets in the region
  • Be the important GMS Partnerships representative in all cadence with the APAC GBG Scaled Leadership team, for the purpose of driving Facebook’s business objectives in the region, using the partner ecosystem
  • Liaise with our Partner Manager team _*glocally*_ to ensure the optimum mix/combination of partners servicing the markets so as to contribute significantly to the larger sales objectives
  • Tracking KPIs of Partner adoption/activation - Revenue enabled - Product adoption
  • Liaise with the Program Management team on building scaled approaches and processes to in-market activity and communication
  • Liaise with the Partner Marketing team on region-specific, vertical-specific marketing activities
  • Help in the process of identifying - prospecting - recruiting, new Partners to the program to help grow a dynamic, innovative partner ecosystem
  • Identify and translate market opportunities to help build a dynamic, innovative partner ecosystem
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10-12 years of partner-facing &/or client-facing Sales/BD experience
  • 5-7 years of Technical sales, consultancy & partner management experience
  • At Least 3-5 years of relevant experience promoting/building/developing SMB/SME channel at a APAC level
  • Experience presenting to internal and external audiences
  • Experience influencing stakeholders at executive levels
  • Project management and quantitative/analytical experience
  • Experience working cross-functionally with peers and managers, both internally and externally
  • Experience working as part of an international team
  • Knowledge of Facebook products, technology, and online marketing
  • Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of key APAC markets: Greater China, Southeast Asia, Australia, Korea, Japan & India
  • Industry experience: Adtech, Martech, Mobile, Digital Natives, Scaled Channels, SMB/SME Market etc
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Deep Consulting experience
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management experience
  • Experience in collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams in driving a larger objective, while keeping strong & necessary focus on impact & deliverables
  • Experience in enterprise sales or partnerships and/or channel sales or partnerships teams
  • Creative and/or Agency industry skills & knowledge
  • Entrepreneurial experience is an added advantage
  • Ability to converse in one of the local languages prevalent across SEA, is an added advantage
