Criteo is in search of an energetic, self-motivated Account Strategist to join our growing App Sales Team. In addition to being client-facing and the main day-to-day contact for some of the largest app advertisers globally, you will work cross-functionally with various internal teams at Criteo to ensure success for your clients’ campaigns. You will be responsible for pulling and analyzing data, client presentations, and growing client relationships. Ad-tech experience preferred, this position will also be responsible for analyzing metrics for all ads served across a number of exchanges, communicating technical issues/concerns internally to all parties involved and helping the Account Strategy team support clients
What you'll do
- Manage the day to day relationships with Tier 1 clients to ensure we exceed their expectations.
- Lead client business reviews and communicate optimizations made along with the planned road map.
- Analyze advertising campaign metrics and make sure client goals are reached (ROI, ROAS, Ad Spend...).
- Escalate internally issues and concerns raised by clients.
- Partner closely with the sales team to ensure that the on-boarding of new clients is accomplished in a timely and efficient manner.
Who you are?
- 4 years of direct client management experience in a data driven environment.
- Solid knowledge and experience in mobile, customer acquisition, retention, and full- funnel strategy initiatives preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent experience required.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to navigate and collaborate with other internal departments to produce positive results for clients and the company.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate complex situations.
- Superior communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Genuine enthusiasm for a startup culture at a larger company
