About DWS:
The Pearson Digital Workplace Services [DWS] team is simplifying how Pearson employees work, engage and collaborate using a broad range of technology, initiatives and transformation activities introducing new, globally consistent platforms and services primarily based on Microsoft products: with Office 365 (replacing Google G-Suite) being a key delivery over the next 18 months.

About you:
You are an experienced Business Analyst who has worked for large global organizations. You have worked for organizations who are at the forefront of the digital revolution.
You relished the opportunity to deliver a real variety of projects in the Microsoft arena. These projects enable organization to continuously leverage the capability of Microsoft with focus on Office 365.
You enjoy evaluating information from multiple sources, understanding and determining the user requests. As a key member of a team, you bring your proven history of managing strong relationships and understanding business requirements.
You take responsibility for capturing and documenting the business requirements and delivering solutions. This can involve developing plans and delivering a step-by-step guide to key stakeholders and ensuring the expectations are achieved.
Role purpose:
This BA role is supporting the Pearson DWS vision to be become a truly digital workplace by leveraging the UCC suite of tools (primarily Office 365) and driving return on our investment by utilizing the vast capability of Office 365.
To realize these goals and objectives the position must balance the ability to elicit, analyze, specify, validate and verify with a delivery focused pragmatism.
Above all this is an exciting time to work at Pearson: we are evolving the way we deliver the latest Microsoft workplace and security products in new and agile ways of operating as we rotate into a true Digital Workplace Service.
