Job Description

Role: Architect on the Tesla EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) team.

Responsibilities

· Develop / create complete set of Architectural construction / contract documents for various site projects

· Lead team members across multiple projects

· Industry advancements in Architectural assemblies, material applications, project delivery, product design

· Humanize the biggest buildings in the world through design

· Site Master Planning

· Code Planning / Life Safety design

· Participate in project scheduling / cost estimating

· Develop process improvements / workflows / templates to increase design productivity and quality of deliverables.

· Mentor team members

Requirements

· Licensed Architect (Nevada / California license required or able to apply for reciprocity)

· 8-10 years of experience

· Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Architecture

· Revit Experience

· Program / Project Management Experience

· Knowledgeable in different Project Delivery methods

· Construction Administration Experience

· Ability to work cross-functionally and manage large teams

· Works well under pressure and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously
