As a member of Airbnb Americas Supply Sales, you will be working within an assigned geographic region and acting as a player/coach for a small team of Account Managers and Account Representatives. You will be responsible for setting up your regional team strategies, meeting and exceeding regional quarterly sales targets, and will be mentoring, motivating and developing your team members. You will be reporting to the Manager, West.
