Job Description

We are looking for a digital-minded leader to drive growth for our leading solutions through digital transformation, marketing, and e-commerce. As a Director, you will oversee the development and deployment of comprehensive digital marketing plans, including SEM, SEO, and paid social to drive traffic and growth for our suite of services. You will serve as a content producer (curator, writer, editor) to create editorial stories and opportunities to inform new and existing clients, plus engage and inspire audiences to act. You can also expect to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing channel experts, content, web design, and tech teams to identify opportunities to optimize offers, landing page design, and response rates to maximize profit contribution.
What You'll Do

  • Conceptualize a strategic vision for audience growth and curation, and then execute the strategies keeping in line with our broader business goals.
  • Immerse yourself into our businesses to drive daily performance, develop key assets, and see them through as they are implemented.
  • Compile and analyze key metrics including KPIs, conversion rates and user interaction to inform priorities and long-term brand promotion strategies.
  • Project manage internal cross-functional teams, as well as, external partner relationships.
  • Provide current client communication support for legacy solutions going through digital transformation
  • Execute content strategies that encapsulate effective audience-centric messaging and value propositions.
  • Build out integrated marketing programs to create a unified and seamless experience for prospects and end-users while they interact with our suite of solutions and services.

What We're Looking For

  • Working expertise of digital marketing, including deep channel knowledge of Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Content Marketing, Display, Native and/or Email with the ability to set best practices and hold teams accountable.
  • Experience with in-depth analytics and problem solving with the ability to think strategically and be execution-oriented to drive a fully-integrated digital marketing strategy.
  • Expertise in creating and driving quantifiable metrics/KPIs and leveraging consumer data to find quality customers to acquire, engage, retain and reactivate through various marketing channels.
  • Desire to work hands-on in a performance based, analytically driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Manage and oversee the digital brands team, marketing strategies and budgets to achieve desired KPIs across all channels (including Social, Search, Display and Influencer Strategy)
  • Copywriting and Optimize digital marketing channels (paid and unpaid), including social, search, CRM, email and web
  • Build and manage KPI dashboards; analyze results and provide learnings & recommendations on performance
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on third-party digital platforms, tools and partnerships
  • Oversee agency and vendor relationships
  • Serve as a content producer (curator, writer, editor) to create editorial stories and opportunities to inform, engage and inspire audiences to act
  • Create and edit advertising and social media copy, creative designs, email and web page layouts. Social media/advertising copywriting skills are a must.
  • Proactively map social media and promotional calendars, initiatives and events, and develop supporting communication plans (i.e. audience, vehicle, cadence, and messaging).
  • Drive end-to-end campaign development, partnering with solution stakeholders, creative, data, IT and 3rd parties to ensure that strategy delivers against KPIs and supports business growth
  • Establish and sustain day-to-day community management, maintenance and content management for digital assets and landing pages.
  • Oversee coordination & creation of media assets and their transfer to appropriate team(s).
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and testing of all digital channels including social media, email, and web
  • Build and deploy email & ad campaigns using standard campaign management tools and manage entire process including campaign set-up, audience selection, proofing, QA, and scheduling

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 5-8+ years of experience with a successful track record of executing marketing programs and communication in a B2B environment
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills with a proven track record of developing marketing communications programs that deliver measurable results
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to strategically interface with and influence key stakeholders
  • Working in a highly matrixed organization a plus
  • Candidate should be very familiar with Drupal, WordPress, Google Analytics 360, Hootsuite, Pardot, Eloqua, Salesforce, Appcues.
