Account Executive- Pharmacy Channel

Job Description

ABOUT THE JOB:

• Building and maintaining sound business partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders, with account responsibility for the pharmacy and independent retailer channel.
• Responsible for managing the Lancome and Designer Brand Fragrance portfolio, taking responsibility for the commercial sell in, driving sell out, forecasting and profitability
• Engaging and dealing with retailers on commercial trading terms, ranging, promotional plans, forecasting, activations etc
• Developing and communicate clear strategies to support business objectives and looking for growth opportunities within existing and new sites
• Delivering all financial and reporting requirements
• Ensure the alignment of the order catalogues, new launches, and product information between the business and the customers, including processes, frequency of orders, volume of skus, and timing of purchase order management.
• Follow the execution and identify the risks of shortages, and work both internally and with the customer in order to limit its impacts.
• Coordinate the information sharing (quantities and phasing agreement) on cruising products, promotions and launches, between the sales team and the customer.
• Communicate kpi’s in regular monthly supply chain meetings with the customers and internally.
• Follow the stock in trade and propose actions for inventory optimisation.

ABOUT YOU:

• Previous experience with strong category account management within the beauty/retail/FMCG industry is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively negotiate and influence the decision making process
• You will have Strong Microsoft Suite skills; Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• You will have operated effectively in a fast paced environment to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision
• Solid business development skills, experience in financial reporting with sound Excel skills and also a high attention to detail and analysis of data
• You will be focused on process improvement and be solutions oriented
