We are seeking to hire a Test coordinator/Test Automation engineer for CRM - Customer Relationship View (CRV) initiative as part of Enterprise Core Services group. CRV is an application built on CRM platform to address the needs of Community Banking and Virtual Channels. CRV application is one of the most critical initiatives in the bank. The application is built on the Salesforce financial service cloud (FSC) platform using lightning components. The application will be used by multiple LOB's with over 100,000+ users. This will be one of the largest Salesforce FSC implementations in North America.

An ideal candidate
• Directs and monitors all activities for large, high risk, major technology-based initiatives from initiation to delivery.
• Initiatives cross platforms, applications, and/or business lines.
• Provides consistent and comprehensive status reports, initiative updates, and ongoing cost analyses, significant issue management and resolution, communication with business lines and technology management, often at senior management levels.
• May serve as a lead by providing direction to less experienced technical initiative support staff while serving in an initiative leadership role.
• Responsible for handling highly complex quality assurance and test environment problems and issues.
• Leads the creation, preparation, review and execution of quality assurance activities.
• Works with client to establish and maintain a consistent test methodology and to resolve escalated issues during the testing process.
• Analyzes application-specific software and performs ambiguity reviews of business requirements and technical functional specification documents.
• Uses advanced knowledge of applications in identifying, evaluating, and resolving highly complex test problems.
• Researches new products and industry methodologies and facilitates the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards.
• Creates, prioritizes and directs quality assurance and test execution activities.
• Leads testing teams, development teams and project teams onshore and offshore to provide training, resolve escalated issues, assess testing needs, and recommend changes.
• Provides direction and guidance to less experienced staff to resolve critical and non-routine scenarios.


Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of application development and implementation experience
  • 7+ years of testing or quality assurance experience


Desired Qualifications

  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: test coordination
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: test plans, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, and expected results
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: test planning and executing in systems such as: Test Tool, Quality Center, or ClearQuest
  • Knowledge and understanding of Selenium software testing framework
  • 3+ years of HP ALM experience
  • Experience with automation, regression, and performance testing
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
  • Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines


Other Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge and understanding of GIT, Jenkins, Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, Appium, TestNg, Maven, JMeter and Jira. - Test automation
  • Knowledge and understanding of 3rd party vendor software like Salesforce
  • Self-driven with strong technical hands-on experience
  • Proven experience in test automation development for large applications.
  • Strong experience in creating, developing, maintaining and troubleshooting test automation scripts.
  • Proven track record of enhancing or eliminating manual testing efforts using automated approaches

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
